Details
fix(seedbox): disable Tailscale SSH management for CI compatibility 
- Remove --ssh flag from tailscale up
- Remove temporary SSH port 22 opening (not needed anymore)
- SSH now uses standard auth via Tailscale network
- CI can connect without Tailscale SSH check prompts
