Fix SVG visibility in dark mode

Invert SVG colors in dark mode to improve visibility. Also, override
OS-level dark mode when the site is in light mode to ensure the correct
theme is used.

object storage. This commit installs the AWS CLI and uses `aws s3 sync`

Updated the CSS classes to use the new `hx:` prefix, making them more
consistent. Also updated the margin styles in the index page to use the
