chore: réduire le dépôt à netlab + komodo

Browse Source 
Migration Gitea → GitHub et bascule de l'infra sur Komodo (suppression
de Proxmox) : proxy/, openbao/ et gitea-runner/ n'ont plus lieu d'être,
et lib/common.sh n'était sourcé que par ces deux derniers.
